Atomic Wings Creates of One of New York’s Most Popular Chicken Wings
Atomic Wings CEO Zak Omar explains how the brand creates its delicious and prized wings.
Have you ever seen 70 pounds on wings? For most, that amount of chicken seems absurd. For Atomic Wings CEO Zak Omar, it’s just another day on the job.
Omar and Atomic Wings do things differently than most major wing franchises when it comes to the creation of their famous chicken wings. “We soak all of the wings in a brine overnight, so they're full of flavor on the inside and crispy on the outside,” Omar told Respect the Chain in a recent interview.
After going through the process of making the wings, Respect the Chain host Sammy Goldberg sat down and gave the wings a try. “These wings are incredible,” Goldberg said on the segment. “You really do get that super crispy crunch on the outside and then have the delicious chicken flavor on the inside.”
