Atomic Wings Signs Deal to Expand into Missouri

The New York-style Buffalo chicken wing restaurant signed a deal with a local entrepreneur to bring 10 units to the midwestern state.

Atomic Wings, the 14-unit New Youk-style buffalo chicken wing restaurant chain, has signed a deal with a long-time Missouri restaurateur to bring 10 units to the state.

The St. Louis Business Journal recently covered the restaurant’s expansion into the region. The chain, which opened in 1989 and only began franchising in 2016, has seen exponential growth over the last few years, and in 2022, celebrated four new openings. Atomic Wings is looking to open its first Missouri-based location in the St. Louis area. By the end of 2023, the chain is planning to expand into 13 states.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of an Atomic Wings restaurant is $155,900 to $338,500.
