Mike Harmon is not new to franchising as he already owns eight Firehouse Subs locations in Indiana. He plans to broaden his portfolio by opening the first Atomic Wings in the Indianapolis area next year, with nine more franchises to follow in the state over the next several years after signing a 10-unit development deal.

Harmon hopes to open his first location in the second or third quarter of 2023 after he finds an exact location in Indianapolis for the new restaurant. He wants the location to have a drive-thru and serve as a model for future franchisees.

Harmon is confident that Indiana could eventually be home to as many as 30 Atomic Wings franchisees.
