Atomic Wings was created in 1989 with a mission to share authentic New York-style Buffalo wings with the world. Kishan Amin, franchise co-owner, discusses how they are accomplishing that mission by expanding with the opening of their first Texas location in the city of Arlington.

“We chose Arlington because we are located right across from Arlington High school,” said Amin. “I am glad we will be able to give these students somewhere to get lunch that is affordable.”

Amin is proud to be opening the first Atomic Wings location in Arlington, giving the community fresh and never frozen wings. He says the company breads their chicken wings fresh every day with a variety of sixteen different sauces, including their newest sauce for this location called Dallas sauce. It is a combination of buffalo hot and garlic parmesan.

“We have a wide variety,” says Amin. “You can have the chicken by itself, chicken tenders, boneless chicken wings, chicken sandwiches and any sauce you’d like.”
