Forbes: 2024 Customer Experience All-Stars

Melting Pot, the 93-unit fondue franchise, ranked 225 in Forbes’ second annual Customer Experience All-Stars ranking, which analyzed 3,100 unique brands.

Melting Pot, the iconic 93-unit fondue franchise, was ranked No. 225 on Forbes’ 2024 Customer Experience All-Stars list. A total of 3,100 unique brands were analyzed based on survey responses from 175,000, and the top 300 were chosen for the 2024 ranking.

The index lists “brands that leave consumers most satisfied with the product, service, and treatment of customers.”

While it was No. 225 on the overall list, Melting Pot ranked 14th in the “Sit Down Dining” category.

After decades of service, Melting Pot has become a favorite of many individuals, couples and families looking to celebrate big occasions, meet for drinks or enjoy an everyday dinner out together. This ranking is just another testament to the strength of the guest experience and recognition of the value Melting Pot offers.
